On the Agency plan a client domain costs around one euro a month. Many agencies pass monitoring on as part of their maintenance contract: a few euros per client cover the whole plan, the rest is margin, and the client gets certificate, DNS and mail delivery watched without anyone having to call.

Pricing questions
Yes. Free monitors three domains forever with all check types, checks every 15 minutes and seven days of history. No expiry, no credit card. The public tools for one-off checks stay free as well.
Yes. The plan covers your organisation; how you charge your clients for their domains is up to you. Clients, domains and notifications can be separated per client.
Yes, in two ways. The public status page per client shows the overall state, the availability of the last 30 days, the remaining days of the certificates and open incidents without internal details, no login needed; the link can be regenerated at any time. Client access is a separate login with the client role: read-only, only their own domains, monitors, incidents and events, and it does not count towards the member limit.
Yes, in every plan. One API token per organization with read or write scope, create domains and clients, trigger checks, query incidents and events; described as OpenAPI 3.1 at /openapi.json. Plus a calendar subscription with expiry dates and a CSV export of the domain list. Details in the API documentation.
Your account continues on the Free plan. If you added more than three domains, the three oldest keep running and the rest are paused; nothing is deleted. As soon as you choose a plan, all domains are checked again immediately.
No. Sign up, add domains, done. The trial starts automatically with every feature; you only need a payment method if you want to monitor more than three domains after 14 days.
Every host name you monitor. example.com and shop.example.com are two domains.
Yes, monthly. The plan continues until the end of the paid period.
Yes, two months free with annual payment.
On IONOS servers in data centres in Germany, with encrypted backups also in Germany. Agencies monitoring client domains receive a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR on request.
